Privacy Policy
Effective August 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Park Cities Lending, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through the 10MinHELOC website. This notice supplements any financial privacy notice or transaction-specific disclosure that applies to a product or service.
Information we collect
The inquiry collects your requested credit amount, property listing status, property address, city, state, ZIP code, property type, annual income, primary income source, name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, and consent choices. The initial inquiry does not ask for a Social Security number, bank credentials, tax documents, or document uploads.
The site and its security providers may process the page path, campaign labels, referrer domain, verification results, request timestamps, and limited device or network information needed to operate and protect the service. The intake creates a one-way network identifier for abuse prevention instead of sending the raw network address to the lead delivery system.
How we use information
- Evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
- Communicate about mortgage quotes and your inquiry according to your consent.
- Protect the form from automated abuse, fraud, spam, and duplicate submissions.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and improve the website and inquiry service.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
Service providers and disclosures
Park Cities Lending may disclose information to service providers and transaction participants that help receive, route, secure, evaluate, originate, close, or service a requested financial product, as permitted by law and described in applicable notices. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or legal process.
Attribution and analytics
The inquiry endpoint may accept allowlisted campaign labels, a landing path, and a referrer domain. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, property estimates, and form answers must not be sent to analytics or placed in page URLs.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to an inquiry, maintain consent and transaction records, meet legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by record type and legal requirement. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, opt out of marketing communications, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may verify your identity and retain information where permitted or required by law.
California privacy disclosures
If California privacy law applies, California residents may request access, correction, or deletion and may limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. The current inquiry flow does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Park Cities Lending will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children's privacy
The inquiry is not directed to people under 18, and Park Cities Lending does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this form.
Financial privacy notice
Additional rights and disclosures may apply if you obtain a financial product or service. Review Park Cities Lending's financial privacy notice.
